The circuit may be hired for the purposes of testing, car set-up and practice.

Drivers please note changes to Saturday practice when an evening event is
scheduled:
1. Practice times: 10am to 3.45pm (last entry to site 3.15pm as last entry to circuit 3.30pm)
2. Any transporter, racing car in the pits will be charged the practice fee
of £25 (additional car or driver £15 each)
3. Bands for wrists and cars will be provided on payment of fee (Arena-Essex
staff will place bands on wrists and cars)
4. ONLY those drivers with wristbands on both person and car will be allowed
access to the circuit for practice
5. Last entry onto the circuit for practice is 3:30pm
6. All cars to be loaded and ready to vacate the site by 3:45pm
Rolling Thunder Shows
Drivers not wishing to attend the RTS event must vacate the site before 4pm
via Back Lane.
Drivers wishing to attend the RTS event who arrive between 1pm and 3pm, but
who do not wish to practice should drive straight through the Lorry Gate
(located at bottom of slope from Back Lane) to the main car park whilst
waiting for the RTS event to commence. NOTE: anyone in the pits between 10am
and 4pm will be charged for practice.
Drivers wishing to attend the RTS event and who wish to practice are to
follow the rules detailed above, NOTE you will still need to vacate the site
before 4pm, whilst the Lorry Gate is open you are able to use this exit to
drive into the main car park area to await the commencement of the RTS
event, however if you finish practice after 3pm you will need to drive out
of the Back Lane Gate and round to the Main Race day Entrance.
